- Polycarbonate Tank and Seals: 3 year limited on S500, S350, FDU, FDC / 2 year limited on S250
- Mechanical Components of a Non-wearing Nature: 2 year limited
- All Other Components of a Wearing Nature: 1 year limited
- Any component on First Degree Fitness machines that should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the purchase date will be replaced. This includes Bungee recoil cord and pulley, hand grips, foot straps, polyester rowing belt, seat, seat rollers, bearings, all rubber components, computer and speed sensors (excluding replaceable batteries), and all drive belts. It excludes damage due to the following: neglect, abuse, incorrect use of the machine, and transport of any kind. It also excludes damage to the finish of any part of the machine, and any labor costs associated with the warranty claim.
