Part two of the workout focuses on strategic motion exercises using the Punching Glove Accessory to specifically work on improving strength, flexibility and the mechanics of specific movements with the resistance needed to feel and maintain the proper position. You'll practice the upper cut series, (benefits quick twitch muscles), speed bag series (to increase punch speed), jump series (to increase leg speed and agility), head protectors (for hand speed), wrist circles (to strengthen wrists through the entire range of motion), and arm pulls, arm circles, and torso twists. Resistance can be adjusted to fit any fitness level.
