Has a shortened rear base allows for complete movement while using speed bag and can screw down plates for floor mounting with a Epoxy powder coat finish and anti slip base end caps. Can hold up to 100lb heavy bag. 24" wood speed bag platform with easy adjustable lock pin and 2 weight plate holders for extra stability and a foam padded sit-up bar
