- Precision-machined and biomechanically engineered to maximize strength and flexibility by activating and loading specific muscle groups through a full range of motion.
- Seats, pads, and benches are fabricated from top-grade plywood and padded with high-density polyfoam. Wood seat, pad, and bench bases feature permanently attached T-nut metal receptacles and are securely bolted to frames with cadmium plated bolts.

- 6" diameter, 30° "deep groove" fiberglas-reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed friction-free precision ball bearings provide outstanding cable support and years of trouble-free, whisper-smooth operation.
- 1" thick steel plates feature pressed-in nylatron bushings to eliminate metal-to-metal friction and minimize noise. Rubber bumpers at base of stack absorb impact and significantly dampen sound.
