Why is MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-LOCK different from other interlock mats?

When designing our interlock flooring, our primary concern was to create a superior flooring product that did not have the typical problems associated with interlocking floor systems. We designed MEGA-LOCK and FLEC-LOCK to provide an interlock mat so precisely cut that it appears seamless, large enough to not require adhesive but still be manageable, allow versatility in installation, and most importantly, look fantastic! Our customers tell us we've succeeded.

How strong are the tabs?

Some cutting systems use pressurized water that actually removes part of the mat leaving gaps between the seams. Other systems apply so much pressure during the process that it results in concave edges, making weak seams. Our state-of-the-art precision cutting process, used in the aerospace industry, slices through rubber without pressure or displacement resulting in an unbelievable, almost seamless interlock pattern that does not compromise the mat's strength.

Super Sized Tabs!

In our design research, we found that smaller interlock tabs over time, easily pull apart and tear when stressed or pulled. We wanted to make certain that we could provide customers with a design that would stay put when it needed to stay put. Our interlocking mats feature a super sized tab that is a full 6 3/8" wide and 4" deep. It stays where you put it and does not come unlocked under heavy use.
