Now the Original Power Pushup is adjustable. Just add or take resistance cables off to change workloads to fit your needs. Use one cable (60 lbs.), two cables (120 lbs.) or three cables (180 lbs.) to adjust resistance levels and workloads.
It trains: Pushups, dips, rear deltoid flys, lunges, jump squats and so much more!
For pushups, put the Power Pushup 1 around upper back and under armpits. Then grab and go.
For dips, place around back of neck and over the front of shoulders...grab and go. It's comfortable and easy to build a strong body.
