Verticle Jump: resists arms and legs as you jump (training both together dramatically improves jumping). Speed: resists arm flexion and extension (because of unique pulley system) and legs (especially eccentric hamstrings). Power and agility: by applying resistance to all upper and lower body movements - bear crawls, jumps and lateral drills.
Attaches to both arms and legs at the same time for total body resistance. Replicate sports specific movements to improve strength, power speed & quickness. Adjustable waist belts (26" to 42") and adjustable resistance cables (5 to 100 lbs.).
